The Difference Between Bluetooth Chipset QCC3031, QCC3024 and QCC3034

QCC3031, QCC3024, and QCC3034 are all wireless audio SoCs (Systems on Chips) developed by Qualcomm, a leading global technology company. While they share some similarities, there are important differences between these three chips that affect their performance and capabilities.

Firstly, let’s look at the QCC3031. This chip is part of the Qualcomm QCC30xx series and is designed specifically for true wireless earbuds. It features Qualcomm’s aptX audio technology, which delivers high-quality, low-latency audio over Bluetooth connections. It also supports voice assistants, noise cancellation, and Bluetooth 5.0. The QCC3031 has a dual-core processor and supports up to 32-bit/192kHz audio resolution, making it a popular choice for high-end wireless earbuds.

Next up is the QCC3024. This chip is also part of the QCC30xx series and is designed for use in Bluetooth headphones and speakers. The QCC3024 features Qualcomm’s TrueWireless Stereo Plus technology, which supports seamless switching between earbuds and improves battery life. It also supports aptX audio technology, voice assistants, noise cancellation, and Bluetooth 5.0. However, the QCC3024 has a single-core processor and supports up to 24-bit/96kHz audio resolution, making it a slightly less powerful option than the QCC3031.

Finally, the QCC3034 is the newest chip in the QCC30xx series and is designed for use in high-performance true wireless earbuds. It features Qualcomm’s latest aptX Adaptive audio technology, which dynamically adjusts audio quality based on the quality of the Bluetooth connection. It also supports Bluetooth 5.2, voice assistants, noise cancellation, and Qualcomm’s Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation technology. The QCC3034 has a dual-core processor and supports up to 32-bit/384kHz audio resolution, making it the most powerful chip in the QCC30xx series.

The QCC3031, QCC3024, and QCC3034 are all high-performance wireless audio SoCs designed for different use cases. The QCC3031 is best suited for high-end true wireless earbuds, while the QCC3024 is designed for Bluetooth headphones and speakers. The QCC3034 is the most advanced chip in the series and is designed for high-performance true wireless earbuds with advanced features such as aptX Adaptive audio technology and Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation. Ultimately, the choice of which chip to use depends on the specific needs and requirements of the product being developed.
